First off, I am by no means a chef or even close to an expert in the kitchen.  My mom’s idea of dinner is a defrosted veggie, a plain meat, and a starch.   I am still in the early learning stages of being the type of mommy chef whose kids will be pining away for her meals when they are away in college, but I am learning some good tricks and have come up with innovative ways to stay allergy free.  But poke around, you may find something you ‘d like to try and if you make anything of mine better by tweaking the recipe, please share!!!!
